Exercise
You can exercise before treatment without any problem. However, after treatment, avoid strenuous physical activity for approximately 24 hours and do not lie down for the first 4 hours. This helps prevent the product from migrating to unwanted areas.
Alcohol
For a quick recovery with less risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding alcohol 12 hours before your Botox treatment and waiting at least 4 hours after treatment.

Wait to book this treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Avoid aspirin and anti-inflammatory drugs (such as Advil, Motrin, Aleve) for 1 week before treatment to reduce bruising.
Frequencia
Depending on factors such as your metabolism and the dose applied, results usually last between 3 and 4 months.
After Treatment
Avoid lying down for the first 4 hours after treatment to prevent migration of Botox® and other wrinkle relaxants.
Avoid intense exercise and any activity that causes sweating for 24 hours after treatment.
Results
